Human Resources

The Human Resources Department, comprised of 5 employees, is responsible for providing a comprehensive support program to all departments throughout the city government. This includes administration of:

  • Benefit programs

  • Classification and compensation system

  • Employee relations

  • Employee training

  • Maintenance of employee records

  • Management of the City’s HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

  • Policy administration

  • Recruitment and selection
