The Mayor and City Council will hold a Special Called Meeting Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 114 West Sycamore Street, Lincolnton N.C. 28092
The purpose of the meeting will be to have a closed session for discussion of an Amended and Restated Power Purchase Sales Agreement and Amended and Restated Supplemental Power Sales Agreement between the City of Lincolnton and North Carolina Municipal Power Agency No. 1 in accordance with G.S. 143-318.11(a)(1).
